a professional responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services to potential customers. Their main role is to identify prospects, present solutions that meet client needs, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Sales Process Management: Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
Reporting & Analysis: Update CRM systems with interactions and provide sales reports to management.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of offerings to articulate value propositions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
