We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Pre-IPO Advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, and selling pre-IPO investment opportunities and related advisory services to HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
Identify and connect with potential investors interested in pre-IPO or unlisted equity opportunities.
Pitch and explain investment opportunities in companies approaching IPO stage.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments.
Collaborate with the research and advisory team to prepare client presentations and investment proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on upcoming IPOs, valuation trends, and market dynamics.
Represent the company at financial events, webinars, and investor meets.
Should have completed either HSC or Graduation.
1–7 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, investment advisory, or stockbroking.
Strong understanding of private equity, unlisted shares, and capital markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
