Telesales Branch Sales Manager

Location: Sector 40-D, Chandigarh (In-office)
Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years (in Immigration/Visa Consultancy)
Salary Range: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) + Lucrative Incentives

Hum apne Sector 40-D, Chandigarh wale immigration office ke liye ek experienced, result-driven aur dynamic Branch Manager ki talash kar rahe hain. Candidate ke paas immigration industry (work visa , Study Visa, PR, Tourist Visa) ka 3 se 4 saal ka thos anubhav hona chahiye. Aapka main role branch ki daily operations ko manage karna, sales/walk-ins ko convert karna, team ko lead karna aur branch ke revenue targets ko poora karna hoga.

• Branch Operations: Office ke daily operations aur administrative tasks ko smoothly chalana.

• Sales & Conversions: Immigration aur study visa ke liye aaye walk-ins/leads ko handle karna aur conversion rate badhana.

• Team Management: Visa counselors, telecallers aur back-office staff ko manage aur motivate karna taaki monthly targets poore ho sakein.

• Target Achievement: Branch ke sales aur revenue targets ko achieve karne ki poori zimmedari lena.

• Client Relationship: Clients ke doubts clear karna, unhe sahi guidance dena aur kisi bhi tarah ke escalations ko resolve karna.

• Process Knowledge: Canada, UK, Australia, Europe aur USA ke study visa aur immigration processes ki up-to-date jankari rakhna.

• Reporting: Daily, weekly aur monthly sales aur operations ki reports management ko submit karna.

• Experience: Immigration industry me minimum 3 se 4 saal ka experience (Team Lead ya Assistant Branch Manager ka experience kaafi hoga).

• Education: Graduate ya Post-Graduate degree.

• Communication: English aur Punjabi/Hindi me behtareen communication aur interpersonal skills.

• Leadership: Team ko sath lekar chalne aur pressure me perform karne ki ability.

• Problem-Solving: Clients ki files aur queries ko smart tareeqe se handle karne ka dimaag.

• Local market (Chandigarh/TRICITY) ki acchi samajh honi chahiye.
