Job Title: Branch Manager – Loan O:perations

Job Summary
We are looking for a Loan Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and manage credit risk. You will manage a team of loan officers to hit sales targets, ensure portfolio quality, and maintain high standards of compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and set targets for loan officers and branch staff.
Business Growth: Expand the client base and drive loan disbursements across various lending products.
Credit & Risk Control: Review loan applications, ensure compliance with credit policies, and maintain low default rates (NPAs).
Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch workflows, documentation, and coordination with collection teams.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field.
Experience: 5-8+ years in retail lending/banking, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
Strong sales and team leadership abilities.
Solid understanding of credit appraisal, risk management, and lending software.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
