Job Purpose:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing overall branch sales, operations, and business
growth, with a strong emphasis on technical sales. The role involves leading the branch team,
developing key customer relationships, delivering technical solutions, and ensuring profitability
aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
• Achieve branch-level sales targets (revenue, volume, and margins)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in automobile, engineering, and industrial
sectors
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and end customers
2. Branch Operations Management
• Oversee daily branch operations including sales coordination, service support, inventory,
and administration
• Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial terms, and statutory regulations
• Monitor expenses and control operational costs to improve branch profitability
3. Team Management
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales and service team
• Conduct regular training on products, technical knowledge, and selling skills
• Set performance targets and review team KPIs periodically
4. Customer Service & Technical Support
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
• Coordinate with the service team for timely resolution of technical issues
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and solutions
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and profitability
• Share market feedback with head office for strategic planning and product development

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering
• MBA (Sales / Marketing) preferred
• 3 years plus of experience in sales, technical sales, or business development
• Prior experience in a team lead / branch handling role is an advantage
