We are looking for a TELESALES EXECUTIVE to join our team . The position offers ₹30000 - ₹40000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling potential customers: Reaching out to new leads or existing customers to discuss product offerings, upgrades, or new services.
Presenting and explaining products/services: Clearly communicating the features, benefits, and advantages of the company's offerings to potential customers.
Understanding customer needs: Actively listening to customer inquiries and needs to tailor presentations and provide relevant solutions.
Building customer relationships: Engaging customers professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns, and fostering long-term relationships to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieving sales targets: Consistently working towards meeting or exceeding predetermined sales targets or quotas.TARGET ACHIEVER
Processing orders and maintaining records: Accurately recording customer information, managing purchase orders, and updating the company's CRM system.
Upselling and cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
