Roles & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Inside Sales

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers and inside sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Oversee the end-to-end inside sales process, ensuring smooth conversion from lead to enrollment.

• Monitor daily activities, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.

Lead Generation

• Develop and implement strategies for high-quality lead generation through outbound calls, digital campaigns, referrals, and social media.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, webinars, and promotions for maximum lead inflow.

• Ensure the team maintains updated lead databases and follows up systematically for conversions.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, including lead conversion rates, team performance, and revenue metrics.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Recruitment & Training

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for telecallers and inside sales executives, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

• 2–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in Edtech, inside sales, or telesales, with at least 1 year in team management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and analytics.

• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team.
