Job Description

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives with prior experience in telesales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads through outbound calling (b2b)

- Pitch website design , development , business growth services to potential clients.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable website packages

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Follow up leads, quotations, and sales closure

- Maintain accurate sales records via excel & company tools

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Provide reports to management on daily activities and performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong verbal communication (Hindi/English)

- Proven telesales experience

- Good negotiation & convincing skills

- Ability to handle objections professionally

- Time management & multitasking abilities
