Job Title: Digital Relationship Officer
Job Description: The Digital Officer will be responsible for assisting customers in the digital processing of personal loans. The role involves managing online loan applications, providing support through digital channels, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle online personal loan applications and process them through digital platforms.
Assist customers with queries and issues related to personal loan products via email, chat, and phone.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with the underwriting and loan approval teams to expedite processing.
Provide feedback on customer pain points and suggest improvements for digital processes.
Language Proficiency Requirement: Fluency in English and two South Indian regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam preferred).
Educational Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (in any field).
Skills:
Strong digital literacy and familiarity with online banking systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of personal loan products and financial services.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide a seamless digital experience.
