Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers (provided leads) and explain Shaadi.com services.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable membership / premium plans.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.

Update call details and customer information in the CRM system.

Work closely with the team and coordinate with reporting managers.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria / Skills Required

Education: 10th / 12th pass (or equivalent).

Language: Good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telesales / telecalling (preferred).

Attitude: Target-driven, positive mindset, ability to handle rejection.

Skills: Comfortable with calling, CRM tools, and basic computer usage.

💼 Work Conditions

Work Type: On-site (Office-based job).

Shift: Day shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Week Off: Rotational weekly off.

Targets: Monthly calling and conversion targets.

💰 Salary & Benefits

In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month

CTC: Up to ₹23,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives (additional earning opportunity).
