BPO Telesales

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Telecommunications to join our team at SynergiHealthTek. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting telecom products/services, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key sales and data management processes. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 along with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential customers to promote and sell telecommunication products and services.

• Ensure all sales-related data is updated accurately and contributes to smooth daily operations.

• Verify customer information, track leads, and follow up to drive conversions.

• Organize and maintain digital and physical records for quick access and retrieval.

• Assist other departments with administrative and coordination tasks when required.

• Generate daily/weekly reports to support internal decision-making.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Experience: 1 to 2 years (preferably in sales or telecommunication)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Shift Type: Day shift
