Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential students and inform them about One Click Academy's digital marketing programs.

 Understand students' career aspirations and guide them in selecting the right course.

 Provide detailed information about course curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities in digital marketing.

 Address inquiries related to fees, schedules, and course duration professionally.

 Follow up with leads to ensure successful enrolment and maintain an updated database.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets.

 Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless on boarding experience for students.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Minimum qualification: any bachelor's degree.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills in , e.g.,Kannada, English, Hindi.

 Persuasive and empathetic approach to handling inquiries.

 Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is advantageous but not required.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

 Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
