Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls for domestic sales process

  • Explain products/services and generate sales leads

  • Convince customers and close sales effectively

  • Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

  • Update call records and customer details in the system

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English & Kannada (Hindi is a plus)

  • Basic understanding of sales process

  • Confident and positive attitude

  • Willingness to learn and grow in sales

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
