📞 BPO Telesales Executive – Hiring via RS Consultants

Location: Delhi/NCR

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)

Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift | 6 Days Working

Experience: Fresher

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

RS Consultants is hiring BPO Telesales Executives for one of our reputed clients. If you’re passionate about sales and have strong communication skills, this is your chance to kick-start your career in the BPO industry!

Key Responsibilities:

1) Calling on Leads and conversion of Leads to orders.

2) Collecting orders over phone calls.

3) Payment Follow up (Advance).

4) Sending samples/Catalogues, Whatsapp, Emails, etc..

5) Coordination with OPD Deptt for availability of Stock/billing

6) Backend support to field sales team by Providing Information/ Sending POP-POS materials setting up new customer's meeting with field officer.

7) Morning huddle of FSO as per the given format.

8) Monitoring of daily sales reports of FSO.

9) Monitoring of plans v/s actual FSO.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: Fresher

Comfortable with 6-day work week (Day shift)

Good communication skill

Customer handling Skill

Good Follow up skill

Basic Knowledge of MS Office

Work experience with Google Shee
