We are hiring for "Process Analyst" for our Gurgaon office both for Voice and Non voice processes. Any candidate having experience in Voice calling or BFSI domain can apply.
✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1️⃣ Customer Handling
• Handle inbound/outbound international calls professionally
• Understand customer queries, complaints, or service requests
• Deliver accurate & timely resolutions
2️⃣ Communication & Soft Skills
• Maintain clear, fluent, and neutral/International accent
• Build rapport and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Follow call etiquette and empathy standards
3️⃣ Process & Compliance
• Adhere to scripts, SOPs, and process workflows
• Follow data security, privacy, and compliance guidelines (GDPR/PCI/HIPAA if applicable)
• Log all interactions in CRM accurately
4️⃣ Performance Targets
• Meet KPIs like AHT, FCR, CSAT, Conversion, and SLA adherence
• Minimize errors, callbacks, and escalations
5️⃣ Documentation & Reporting
• Update call notes and ticket status in systems
• Tag call reasons correctly for analysis
• Highlight repeat issues or process gaps
