Role & Responsibilities: 

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

- Assist customers in selling a range of financial products over the phone.
- Meet and exceed assigned targets with accuracy and efficiency.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales successfully.
- Respond promptly to all internal communications.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.

- Provide exceptional support and efficiently resolve issues.

- Maintain a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 12th pass and above 

Experience: Freshers are welcome!

Age: 18 - 30 years.

Language: Basic English & Hindi for sales 

Good English communication required for customer service  

Flexible to work in a 6-day roster off environment

This is a work-from-office position.

Salary & Benefits:

For domestic CTC: Up to 2.55 to 3.5 LPA

For International CTC: Up to 3 LPA to 4LPA

(Dependent on experience and skills)

Salary: Fixed salary

Benefits: PF benefits and performance-based incentives.
