Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Sales Executive who can provide excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. If you have a passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Role & responsibilities

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
Develop and deliver an effective sales pitch tailored to the needs and interests of the customer.
Efficiently manage time to make a high volume of calls and achieve daily targets.
Keep detailed records of calls made and outcomes, and provide regular reports to the supervisor.
Ability to persuade and convince potential customers to make a purchase or take desired action.
Ability to adapt to different situations, customers, and changing product/service information.
Attentive listening to understand customer needs and address concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of proven experience in customer sales. Fresh candidates are also welcome.
Sound problem-solving skills to find the root cause of customer issues.
Ability to do multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Familiar with regional languages like, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi or Telugu
Strong analytical skills
Strong customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent degree
Preferred both Male Candidates
