  • Telesales & Lead Generation:

    • Use compelling scripts and sales techniques to persuade potential clients and close sales deals over the phone.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business.

    • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.

    • Handle client questions, concerns, and objections related to the loan products, application process, and company policies.

  • Process Management:

    • Guide clients through the initial stages of the loan application process and documentation requirements.

    • Enter and update accurate customer information, call notes, and sales activity details into the company's database or CRM software.

    • Coordinate with the sales, processing, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and smooth loan approval and disbursement.

  • Target Achievement:

    • Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets (e.g., number of calls, leads generated, sales closed).

    • Provide regular sales reports and updates on performance to the management.

Requirements and Skills

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent (Graduates preferred).

  • Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector or with loan products. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

  • Core Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in relevant languages (e.g., Hindi, English, Marathi).
