We are looking for a BPO TELESALES to join our team MAX CAPITAL SERVICES. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 14,000 TO 40,000 + INCENTIVES UPTO 30,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to leads, potential clients, or existing customers to present products , services.
Effectively articulating the company's value proposition using prepared scripts or personalized messaging to engage with the listener.
Verify data accuracy, make corrections and identify irregularities in a timely manner.
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 0 to 2yrs of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 working days during the day shift shift.
