Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Make inbound or outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

• Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate products/services.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s offerings.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

• Maintain records of calls and update the database regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus.

• Proficiency in [language(s), e.g., Hindi, English, or regional languages].
