Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Outreach: Make outbound calls (cold/warm), handle inbound calls, introduce products/services, persuade customers to buy.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport, ask probing questions, address objections, provide solutions, upsell/cross-sell.
Sales Process: Follow scripts/guidelines, process orders, manage sales pipeline, follow up on leads.
Data Management: Accurately update customer info in CRM, log call details, maintain sales records.
Target Achievement: Meet/exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends.
Teamwork: Collaborate with sales teams, provide market feedback.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Skills: Excellent communication (verbal), persuasion, active listening, negotiation, problem-solving, self-motivated, positive attitude.
Experience: Previous sales/customer service experience (often preferred).
Tools: Familiarity with CRM software.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
