We are hiring for the role of Collection Executive in a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for field collections, follow-ups, and recovery of dues from customers who have taken consumer loans or financial products.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers' locations for EMI collection and follow-up.

• Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.

• Maintain proper documentation and receipts of collections.

• Update collection status on mobile app or CRM.

• Resolve customer queries related to payments.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

• Escalate non-cooperative or absconding cases to the supervisor.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
