Job Description

Join our team as a dedicated BPO Telesales with a strong background in B2B Sales at Invesys Consulting Private Limited Company in Indore, Old Palasia. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers ₹8000 - ₹12000 in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
  • Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
  • Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.
