📌 Job Description – Tele Sales Executive

Location: Dhanbad

Position: Tele Sales Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

💰 Salary Details

Salary will be fixed between ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 (based on performance).

First month: ₹100 per day (for 30 days).

After successful training & performance evaluation, fixed monthly salary will be given along with incentives.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Outbound calling to potential customers.

Promote company’s products/services over phone.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain proper record of calls & customer details.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge will be an advantage).

Basic knowledge of computers & calling process.

Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply.

📅 Work Details

Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based

Training: Provided by company (mandatory).

Working Hours: 9 hours (as per company shift).

Location: Dhanbad
