Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer interaction records
Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication
Support customers with documentation and process-related queries

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation Preferred
Freshers & Experienced Candidates Both Can Apply
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred for certain processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Excellent English communication skills preferred for international/domestic voice processes
Hindi communication skills mandatory
Odia communication skills mandatory for Odia voice process
Bengali communication skills mandatory for Bengali voice process
Immediate joiners will be given preference

💰 Salary & Benefits

🔹 Salary Range

CTC: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹14,500 to ₹22,000 per month
