Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in EdTech, insurance, banking, or educational services. • Proven track record of incentives (must reflect in bank statements). • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Other regional languages are a plus. • Should be target-driven and motivated to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. • Experience in handling CRM systems and outbound sales calls. • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Job Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into paid users/customers. • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. • Explain product offerings clearly and effectively to prospective clients. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and incentive milestones. • Understand customer needs and handle objections with confidence.
