Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and queries

• Provide product information and resolve issues

• Manage telesales calls and follow-ups

• Conduct KYC verification and documentation

• Update customer records accurately

• Achieve daily/weekly targets

• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

Languages: Fluent English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduation

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)

₹17,000 – ₹23,000 (In-Hand) + Incentives
