We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Real Estate Executive to handle client interactions and explain details about available plots. The role involves guiding customers through the real estate process and scheduling office visits.
Talk to customers over phone and in person
Explain details about plots, pricing, and location
Provide clear information about the real estate process
Fix appointments for customers to visit the office
Coordinate and follow up with interested clients
Maintain basic customer records and appointment schedules
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training can be provided)
Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
Customer-focused and polite attitude
Basic computer and phone-handling skills
Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service
Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently
