Information Sharing: Explaining Madhavbaug’s multidisciplinary and Ayurvedic cardiac/diabetes care therapies and services.
Data Maintenance: Accurately logging call outcomes, patient details, and follow-up dates in the clinic’s database.
Typical Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass
Skills: Good communication and persuasion skills (Marathi, Hindi, and English), basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates (1-2 years) are hired, with higher pay offered based on relevant BPO or healthcare sales experience.
Gender: Many clinic locations specifically prefer female candidates for patient care and front-office coordination roles.
