Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our Sales team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a vital role in promoting Just Dial's services, generating leads, and setting up appointments for our Business Development Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote Just Dial’s services.

Explain the value proposition of our digital products in a clear and engaging manner.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.

Perform consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.

Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive conversions.

Work 6 days a week from the office.

Candidate Requirements:

Undergraduate or Graduate degree (any discipline).

Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.

Good interpersonal skills and a persuasive personality.

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.

Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
