The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our software products and services, generating qualified leads, following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain company products and services professionally.

• Generate and qualify sales leads.

• Follow up with interested customers.

• Update customer details in the CRM.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate or Any Degree.

• Good communication skills in Telugu (English/Hindi is an added advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to use CRM software.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
