Tele Caller – Insurance Sales

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Caller – Insurance Sales to generate leads, explain insurance products, and close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases
Explain insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, General Insurance, etc.) clearly and confidently
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Generate and follow up on leads to close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in telecalling or insurance sales is an advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills (English and/or regional language)
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, dialing systems)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
Familiarity with cold calling and lead conversion
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
