Job Description:

We are seeking a Female Telecalling Executive for a corporate office environment. The role involves professional interaction with customers over the phone, providing accurate information about company services, and maintaining high standards of communication and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned data

• Communicate company products/services in a clear and professional manner

• Maintain accurate call records and customer details

• Perform timely follow-ups with interested customers

• Adhere to company policies, processes, and communication standards

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills

• Professional telephone etiquette

• Fluency in Tamil (English communication is an added advantage)

• Ability to work in a structured corporate environment
