Telecaller – US Healthcare (Medicare) | Night Shift

Job Role:
We are hiring Telecallers for our US Healthcare (Medicare) process. The role involves making outbound calls to customers in the US, explaining Medicare plans, generating qualified leads, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US customers
Explain Medicare and healthcare plans
Generate and qualify leads
Update customer details in the CRM
Achieve daily calling targets while following compliance guidelines

Eligibility:

Good spoken English communication skills
Comfortable working in US/Night Shift
Experience in Healthcare, BPO, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred
Basic computer knowledge
