Generate B2B enquiries for leadership coaching and speaking engagements using multiple channels (e.g., Social Media, LinkedIn, Email, Calls etc.)
• Qualify leads based on the client’s defined criteria.
• Schedule appointments & bring the appointments to a close.
• Gradually transition towards managing the end-to-end sales process for the client.
• Support required from client
• Detailed training on leadership offerings, target audience, and lead qualification criteria.
• Access to marketing collateral, case studies, and relevant sales materials.
• Approval to use the client’s branding across outreach channels.
• Regular feedback on lead quality and process performance.
1.4. Execution:
• The initial phase of the project will require a total of 2 Full-Time Resources (FTEs), who will be allocated across both campaigns simultaneously. These FTEs will be trained and equipped to handle both:
1. B2B Lead Generation, and
2. B2C Customer Support
• If needed in the future due to increased work or complexity, we can assign dedicated resources to each campaign to maintain smooth operations and good service quality.
• Language skills: Fluent English and Hindi
• The shift timings will be 10.00am to 7.00pm.
• The FTEs will be operational for a 9 hours shift and will be provided a weekly off on Sunday.
• Initial training to be provided by the client.
