Job Description

Role Overview:The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding their health needs, explaining Kamawell Ayurveda products, and driving sales through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms. This role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website.Understand customer health concerns and suggest the right Ayurvedic products.Explain product benefits, usage, pricing, and offers clearly.Convert inquiries into successful sales orders.Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel regularly.Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.Build long-term customer relationships for repeat orders.Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order dispatch & delivery updates.Manage after-sales support and resolve customer issues politely.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Skills & Requirements:Strong communication in Hindi (English basic chalega).Confident in tele-sales and WhatsApp sales.Basic understanding of Ayurveda / health products (training milegi).Good convincing and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple leads and work with targets.Basic MS Excel / CRM knowledge.Preferred Experience:0–2 years in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Customer SupportFMCG, Ayurveda, Wellness, or Healthcare industry experience advantage
