BPO Telecaller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at [JSSR Management ], a leading provider of health insurance solutions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members, providers, and internal partners, assisting them with inquiries about policies, claims, coverage, and benefits. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the company’s mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Explain health insurance coverage, policy details, claims processes, and billing issues.

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce and sell company products/services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Deliver scripted sales pitch and adjust messaging based on customer responses.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
