Telesales BPO Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our growing Sales team. You will connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, generate quality leads, schedule appointments/site visits, and help convert opportunities into successful sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• 📞 Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• 💬 Explain products, services, offers, and membership plans clearly.

• 🎯 Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads.

• 📅 Schedule customer appointments and site visits.

• 🤝 Build strong and positive customer relationships.

• 🔄 Follow up regularly with prospective customers.

• 💡 Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• 📝 Maintain accurate customer details and update the CRM/database.

• 📊 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• 📋 Prepare daily call reports and share them with the Sales Manager.

• 🤝 Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize lead conversions.

🎓 What We're Looking For

• HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related field.

• Freshers are welcome if they have excellent communication skills.

• Good command of Hindi, English & Marathi is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
