Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to generate sales opportunities, engage potential clients, and promote our bespoke wallpaper products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships over the phone.
## Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and convert them into business opportunities.
• Understand customers' interior design and wallpaper requirements.
• Explain the features, benefits, customization options, and pricing of our wallpaper products.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team or showroom visits when required.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, and previous inquiries to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Stay updated on product collections, market trends, and competitor offerings.
## Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or customer sales.
• Experience in interior décor, wallpapers, furniture, home décor, or building materials is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
