We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team [••Home Credit Finance••]. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹22000 - ₹26000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats 📞✉️💬

• Provide timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction 😊

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 🗂️

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues 🔄

• Follow up on pending customer requests and escalate when needed ⚡

• Assist in onboarding new customers and explaining product features 🛠️

Job Requirements:

Qualification : 12th Pass / Graduate

💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Month in Telesales / Telecaller / BPO Call Executive / Customer Sales
