Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and confident Calling Executive to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our financial products and services, and converting leads into successful business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
Explain financial products and used car loan solutions clearly and professionally.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Deliver excellent customer service and post-sale support to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, self-confidence, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be an added advantage.
