Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to clients interested in skincare services
Understand customer skin concerns and provide basic counseling/guidance
Recommend suitable skincare products, treatments, or consultations
Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer interactions
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Coordinate with the skincare/dermatology team when needed
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Basic understanding of skincare (training will be provided)
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
Ability to handle customer queries patiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness industry
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
