Job Title: CC/DC Premium Upgrade Executive

Location: Ghansoli
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Description:
We are hiring experienced BPO sales professionals for CC/DC Premium Upgrades. The role involves outbound/inbound calling to existing customers and convincing them to upgrade their ICICI credit/debit cards to premium variants.

Key Responsibilities:

Pitch and sell premium credit/debit card upgrades over calls
Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
Capture customer details and process upgrade requests
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Work independently or as part of a team

Eligibility:

Qualification: 12th pass or above
Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO sales (CC/DC or tele-sales)
Communication: Average English with strong convincing skills

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000
