Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally (inbound & outbound).

Understand customer needs and promote suitable products.

Convert leads into sales and meet targets.

Maintain call records and daily reports.

Provide accurate product information.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Must speak at least one regional language: Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada.

Basic smartphone or computer handling skills.

Quiet workspace and good internet connection.

Preferred:

Experience in telesales or e-commerce sales.

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary: ₹3,000/month.

Incentive: ₹5,000 per successful order.
