1. Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Generate B2B enquiries through various marketing channels.
Identify and connect with potential customers.
Maintain customer database and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with the Sales team for lead conversion.
Preferred:
Good communication skills.
Experience in B2B lead generation is an advantage.
At least 6 months of experience (Freshers can also apply)
2. Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships.
Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain CRM updates and sales reports.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
At least 6 months of experience (Freshers can also apply)
3. Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customer quotations.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
Ensure timely completion of assigned enquiries.
Maintain accurate records and follow company SOPs.
Preferred:
Good analytical and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel.
At least 6 months of experience (Freshers can also apply)
4. Purchase Executive
Responsibilities:
Source materials from approved suppliers.
Obtain quotations and compare prices.
Process purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
Preferred:
Vendor management skills.
Basic negotiation skills.
At least 1 year of experience.
5. Senior Purchase Executive
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage supplier relationships.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
Monitor procurement costs and delivery performance.
Support inventory planning and strategic sourcing.
Preferred:
3–5 years of procurement experience.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
6. Accounts Team Leader
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily accounting operations.
Review financial records and reports.
Ensure statutory and tax compliance.
Guide and support the Accounts team.
Preferred:
Leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting practices.
3–5 years of Accounting
7. Senior Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
Prepare GST, TDS, and financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Preferred:
Experience with accounting software.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
1–3 years of accounting.
8. Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials for digital and print.
Create social media creatives, brochures, and product catalogues.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Coordinate with the Marketing team for campaigns.
Preferred:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
