Job Description

We are hiring male and female candidates for a Lead Generation Process in Life Insurance. This is a non-sales process where the candidate only needs to generate leads and share them with the sales team. There are no sales targets, and the salary is fixed.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Provide basic information about life insurance services

Generate interested leads and transfer them to the sales team

Maintain records of calls and lead details in the system or Excel

Ensure proper follow-up with interested customers

Requirements:

Male & Female both can apply

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

Experience in telecalling or lead generation is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary (No targets)
