Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.
Introduce and explain the company’s products or services.
Understand customer requirements and generate interest in the offering.
Collect and update accurate customer information in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to the sales team.
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Handle customer queries courteously and professionally.
