Job Description – Banking Customer Support Executive

Process: Banking Process
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Openings: 150+
Hiring Type: Immediate

Job Role

  • Handle customer queries related to banking services via voice support

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

  • Maintain service quality and follow compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: UG / Graduation (Freshers can apply)

  • Experience:

    • Freshers welcome

    • BPO/Customer Support experience preferred

  • Age Limit: Up to 29 years

  • Versant Score: 4

Languages Required

  • Tamil

  • Malayalam

  • Telugu

  • Kannada

Shift & Work Schedule

  • 6 days working, 1 rotational week off

  • Female Candidates: Any 9 hours between 6 AM – 8 PM

  • Male Candidates: Any 9 hours between 6 AM – 12 AM

Salary & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹20,000

  • Take Home: ₹16,000

  • Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid after 3 months)

For Malayalam Candidates:

  • Language Allowance: ₹1,800

  • Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (after 3 months)

  • One-way transportation

  • 14 days free accommodation
