Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' issues, and offering solutions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-3 years of experience in BPO voice process (inbound/outbound calling).
Strong communication skills in Marathi & Hindi languages.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer literacy for data entry purposes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation preferred.
