Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound customer calls.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate leads and maintain customer relationships.
Follow up with customers and resolve their queries.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
